Dr. Xu Li is a Professor of Materials and Energy at University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC). He received his Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and then worked as a post-doctoral researcher there. In 2023, he joined Prof. Chuan Xia’s group at UESTC as a faculty member. His research interests focus on metal single-atom catalysis and controllable synthesis of metal nano-crystals, and investigating their fundamental properties in thermal or electrochemical catalysis. He has published research papers in prestigious journals such as Nature, Nano Letters, Science China Chemistry, Catalysis Science & Technology etc.
